    On Wednesday 20th January 2015, the BBC held a special day of coverage looking at the issue of Democracy today. Juliet Gilkes Romero has written a new work “Upper cut” looking at the issue of getting black and other ethnic minorities into politics. She spoke to BBC4 and World News today presenter, Philippa Thomas.
